Your experience starts when you submit the new guest appointment request form below. Once I review your submission, and determine if we would be a perfect match, you will then receive an email with an online scheduling link to find a date and time that fits perfectly with your schedule. You will receive an email confirmation with all of your appointment details along with a link for directions to our salon.

The day of your appointment you will arrive at your new favorite place. We are in an ‘off the beaten path location’ and when you arrive you will feel like you have found a hidden treasure. There is ample and easily accessible parking directly in front of the salon.
Once you make your way inside, you will be greeted by myself and our amazing salon team and take a seat in our waiting area. At Root Salon our priority is your relaxation and in-salon experience. We have wifi and a drink bar with a variety of nourishments including snacks, sparkling water, seasonal beverages, hot tea, local coffee, and refreshing wine.

To begin, we will start by sitting down together to discuss your request form in more detail and the pictures you submitted, as well as short and long term goals. Here we will really dive into what you are looking for and what we can achieve during each visit while also ensuring the integrity of your hair.
After our consultation is when the magic happens! I will blend custom color and lightener in direct reflection of our conversation.

We will finish the service with a signature blowout and style, followed by a little photoshoot because girl, you will be glowing! I will then recommend at home hair care to help nourish, recreate and maintain your look at home. Before you go, we will discuss a maintenance schedule according to the color we created and book your next appointment.
